Apart of phase one: the fireplace mantle was built appropriately to the size of the room
Apart of phase one: A built in cabinet which doubles a railing and a serving area
Apart of phase one: Railings and baseboard were updated.
Apart of phase one: Carpet was remove and white oak floors were installed.
Apart of phase one: Tile floor removed, white oak installed, railings and baseboard were updated.
Apart of phase two: Large built in for big screen tv removed, smaller built in to replace it.
Apart of phase two: The flanking cabinets were painted to match the rebuild, the glass doors were saved off the old and reused, and the tile was replaced with stone work to the ceiling.
